What Is Vedic Maths ?

Vedic mathematics is the name given to a supposedly ancient system of calculations which was rediscovered from Vedas between 1911 & 1918 by Shri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaja (1884-1960) according to Tirthaji all Vedic mathematics is based on sixteen sutras or word formulae.

It reduces the burden remembering large amount of stuff because it requires you to learn tables up to 9 only. It enables faster calculations when compared to conventional method. Vedic Maths is a delightful learning for children and adults.

Vedic math is based on 16 sutras or principles. In the Vedic system difficult problems or huge sums can often be solved immediately. These striking and beautiful methods are just a part of a complete system of mathematics which is more systematic than the modern system.
