All those with entrepreneurial skill and orientation ability to maintain marginal administration can become a franchise.
Franchise has to pay some amount as initial payment and agreement will be made renewable in 5 years. Training will be given to the teacher to teach as per the syllabus of Wisdom Edutech. All the study material and syllabus has to be given to the student as per the guide line of Wisdom Edutech.
The minimum requirement for franchise is classroom with chairs and tables for student, white/black board. The name board is to be made available by franchise with prior approval of corporate office for Design.
We provide entire training, technical backup, material as well as the complete business plan for effective set up and management of the franchise. With our guidance you can easily set up the business and start earning money. The only pre-requisites required for the franchise are dedication, energy and the drive to introduce this amazing idea in your own area.
All those with good entrepreneurial skills, willing to make a future in educational field and having a flair for teaching and with good marketing skills in the local area can apply as a franchisee partner. Educated house-wives, teachers, coaching centres and schools are all eligible to own a franchise. Abacus franchisees are appointed according to the type of cities: a) Metro, b) District, c) Tehsils. The franchisee rates would vary accordingly.
Can I take up a career as a course instructor?Yes you can. All those passionate teachers who have good communication skills can apply. Training will be provided to the candidates at the below mentioned centres as per convenience. Prior experience in teaching would be an added advantage. Candidate should be willing to work during weekends.
